For covering our customer’s needs we are looking for:
Procurement Specialist
Your tasks:
- searching for potential suppliers from Bulgaria and other countries, mainly from Eastern Europe, that meet customers‘ requirements
- conducting interviews and evaluation of potential suppliers
- preparing requests for quotations (RFQs)
- communicating between potential suppliers and the customer (questions and answers to the respective requests)
- comparing and analysing quotes
- taking the responsibility for the final accomplishment of the customers’ requests
- supporting customers during the respective audits of suppliers
- helping the customers during negotiations and deliveries
- other tasks related to analysis and data base maintenance
Our expactations:
- university degree (preferably engineering)
- very good command of written and verbal English (This is a must because all drawings, specifications and negotiations are in English.)
- knowledge of German and other languages is an advantage
- ability to read and undertsand technical drawings, specifications and other technical documentation (in English)
- procurement experience, ability to take responsibility
- ability to work on your own, international and social competence
- ability to work in international team
